Ann's Seafood Information

If you're ever in Liberty, Texas, and craving fresh, flavorful seafood, look no further than Ann's Seafood. Nestled at 725 Main St, this unassuming spot has quickly earned a reputation for serving up some of the best seafood in the area. Whether you're a local or just passing through, the cozy atmosphere and mouthwatering dishes make it worth the stop.

The menu at Ann's is a seafood lover's dream come true, offering everything from crispy fried shrimp to perfectly grilled catfish. If you're feeling adventurous, their oyster po'boys are a must-try-packed with juicy, tender oysters that are fried to perfection and served on a soft, toasted bun. For those who prefer something lighter, the grilled fish options are always fresh and full of flavor, with a side of homemade tartar sauce that complements the dish beautifully.

But it's not just about the food at Ann's. The service here is friendly and attentive, with staff members who make you feel right at home. Whether it's your first visit or you're a regular, you're always greeted with a warm smile, and the staff is more than happy to offer recommendations if you're undecided on what to order.

The atmosphere adds to the charm, with its laid-back, no-frills vibe that makes it perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The small-town feel of Liberty is reflected in the cozy decor, and the restaurant’s location on Main Street makes it a convenient spot to pop into while you're out and about.

What really sets Ann's Seafood apart, though, is the quality of the seafood. It's clear that they take pride in serving the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. The fried fish fillets are crisp on the outside while staying moist and flaky inside, and the hushpuppies are a crowd favorite-golden and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

For those who enjoy a hearty meal, the combos are a great option. You can choose from a variety of fish, shrimp, or even a combo of both, served alongside generous portions of fries, coleslaw, and a slice of bread. If you're in the mood for something a bit more indulgent, the fried seafood platter is loaded with an assortment of shrimp, oysters, and fish, offering a little bit of everything.

The prices are also very reasonable, making it an affordable option for a great meal out. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a leisurely dinner, Ann's Seafood delivers on both flavor and value. It’s the kind of place where you can count on good food, good service, and a great time-every time.

What People's Say About Place

Best fried shrimp anywhere. Great desserts. We have never had a bad thing to eat and the service has always been top notch. Friendliest people too. Try the fried shrimp potato. Different and fabulous.

Just picked up a Togo order! The service was excellent. If you haven’t tried their shrimp salad yet, you are missing out. Fresh ingredients, THE BEST house made ranch dressing, and large variety of toppings! Will definitely be returning soon.

Completely unexpectedly wonderful. Heads up the menu is not exactly what you see. Changes by the day. All you can eat shrimp for $35 but fish and shrimp platter for $15 had more than enough to fill you up. Lemon meringue pie was delicious. Menu cracked me up Look at the 55+ seniors section… at the top is funeral home advertising… they know their crowd

This place is nice, ignore the decor and try the food. Its tucked off and resembles my grandmother's house full of collectables. But the staff is sweet and the food is amazing. My fish and shrimp were fried to perfection, and I had to visit twice just to ensure we love it. My son loved the gumbo and had a baked potato the next day. We left full and happy. I highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Food was excellent and had a really good conversation about the history of the restaurant and her home town! Definitely worth the stop.

Had a taste for catfish, mentioned it to co-worker told about Mrs. Anna's workers And how delicious it was. And I'm so happy I stopped by, the catfish/shrimp platter was Great! Ended my meal with Banana pudding, needless to say it was great! Thanks Mrs. Anna, I will be back to sit down and eat!

I’ve been going here for years and it is the most home style family restaurant I’ve ever been in. Food is great, atmosphere is relaxing and laid back and the owners/staff treat you like family.
